The story of Monsieur TSHIRT

Once upon a time, on May 5, 2013, a trio of joyful friends decided to leave everything behind and establish a company where they could craft and provide products designed to bring smiles to everyone's faces primarily with the aim of delighting themselves. What better way to share this wonderful concept than by offering unique gifts?

Monsieur TSHIRT was born, and Arnaud, Vincent, and Simon bid farewell to the suits and ties cherished by their former employers for good. Rumor has it that floral shirts have been frequently spotted in the Monsieur TSHIRT offices, a claim confirmed by the Bad Taste Brigade.

Beyond the 'lol', Monsieur TSHIRT strives to bring joy to the world with unique, emotionally-charged personalized gifts, delivered hyper-fast, ensuring an experience free of unpleasant surprises.

Monsieur TSHIRT has already delivered more than 4 million smiles in France (not including those who laughed twice), and since 2022, we've been spreading joy in Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium through dedicated websites. And yes, today we speak all languages!

Unless you're napping on the classroom radiator - or have just clicked on "Our values" - you can't miss our sense of humor (and our humility of cours). It's a core value that guides us daily, from designing models to getting to know our customers.

Team spirit

While the debate over 'crisps' or 'chips' continues, there is unanimous agreement when it comes to enjoying a barbecue together.

Every customer's smile is the outcome of a flawless experience, and a successful joke is, above all, a well-told one!

Ambition

We operate on the principle that there are as many people to make smile as there are... people. We began in France in 2013, expanded to Europe in 2023, and plan soon to inspire the rest of the world.

Our commitments

Establishing an ethical production model

Made to order: only what's needed, no unnecessary stock, and no unsold items.
Textile models in 100% organic cotton: grown without harmful chemicals or pesticides and using 50% less water than traditional cotton.
100% of our designs are crafted in our atelier in France: from embroidery and printing to flocking and silk-screen transfer. Feel free to pay us a visit – you're always welcome!!
In 2022, 40% of Monsieur TSHIRT products were entirely crafted in Europe. Now we are striving to achieve 60% by 2023.
Our ultimate goal is to have 100% of our products manufactured in Europe.
The Filgood collections are entirely produced in Portugal using recycled cotton or polyester.
50 direct job positions have been established in France, with 25 of them dedicated to the processing of textiles and gift products, which have been relocated to France.

Recycling and reclamation

Products returned to the after-sales service are donated to our partner associations to be worn or recycled. No product is thrown away or destroyed; everything is reused.
The team's computers are reconditioned.
Filgood collections are 100% made in Portugal, from recycled cotton or polyester.
Selective sorting is of course systematic.
Even the cigarette break has its own butt recycling jar.

Transportation

Storage, processing and shipping are all carried out from the same warehouse in France, near Bordeaux.
For home deliveries, we work with companies that use electric vehicles.
We favor delivery to relay points, which have a smaller carbon footprint than home delivery.
We prohibit the use of airplanes to transport ourselves and our goods.

Energy

95% of the web servers hosting our site are powered by energy from renewable sources.
Our goal: to generate our own electricity by installing solar panels on the roof of our workshop.
All the electricity we use comes from renewable energy sources.
Website pages have been slimmed down as much as possible to improve the browsing experience and reduce the energy required to load them.

Well-being in the workplace

A Sustainable Mobility Package has been set up to enable employees to opt for more environmentally-friendly means of transport.
Benevolent management and skills development are the norm
Inclusivity of profiles from all horizons is developed, as is the employment of people with disabilities.
Internal mobility is favored.
In 2022, all employees gave a score of 8.33/10 for Quality of Life at Work, considering factors such as the environment, job roles, and management.
A Festivities Committee fosters connections between teams through various events throughout the year.
Awareness of environmental issues is raised through discussions with external speakers (recycling, mobility, etc.).

Sponsorship of social initiatives

Support for associations working locally to promote social inclusion, sport, the social economy and the fight against poverty.
Over 100,000 euros are donated every year through merchandise or skills sponsorship to partner associations.
